FAITHFUL: A leader must
be faithful to the director, the pastor, the church, to commitments,
and most importantly to the Lord. Among other things, this means faithfully
attending church on Sundays andWednesdays and faithfully praying for
the ministry and the people of the church.

AVAILABLE: No woman can
make herself available all the time, but if you say you will be available
for something, we need to be able to rely on you. Be responsible.

TEACHABLE:
A leader must be willing to learn. You may not agree with another
lady's methods, but be willing to listen to what she has to say. Don't
be afraid to try new things. Who knows…you may like it!
